MEMBER RIGHTS

Committee Meetings are open for any member to attend and observe, either for part or whole. Anyone attending the meeting will be acknowledged in the minutes and with the permission of the President can make comment on an item under discussions.

Any member who wishes to raise a particular matter may do so prior to the commencement of the formal Committee Meeting.

The member should give a minimum of 14 days notice of intention to raise a matter, indicating the subject. A 5 minute presentation may then be made to the committee on the meeting night.

This procedure is designed to allow all members to actively participate in and be aware of the running of their Club.
