Travellers Cup
The TRAVELLER’S CUP has been held at Hawks Nest NSW for a number of years now (2019 to 2024) and for the first time at Shoalhaven Heads – 2024
Hawks Nest and Shoalhaven Heads are both quiet beachside villages on the North & South coast of NSW within a few hours drive of Sydney
Both courses are similar and are well presented and maintained and enjoyed by our members.
The villages have all that you need and all within a short walk of the accommodation and golf course.
The event is held over the full weekend and thoroughly enjoyed by many members

Unconfirmed Schedule and additional information is below
Friday:
- Arrive and check in
- From 2pm Tea Gardens Sports Club – quality control a beer, late lunch
- Maybe playing bowls?
- Head across to Golf Club and drop cars etc.
- Dinner at the golf club if you want to eat
- Return to House for beers when ready
Saturday:
- Breakfast at House 8.30 am
- Golf Saturday 2 pm Tee off (18 Holes)
- Drinks after at Golf Club
- Return to House for Dinner for YYY people
- More drinks
Sunday:
- Breakfast at House 7.30 am
- Golf Sunday xxx am tee off (18 Holes)
- Lunch (included in package)
- Presentation
- Carry on for those staying an extra night
- Return to House for dinner & drinks – approx ZZZ people
Monday:
- Breakfast 8.00 am
- Pack up and depart 10 am.
Costs
Golf $AAA for both days, carts included and a lunch on Sunday.
Two food rates.
- $70 per person (Multiple Breakfasts, Dinners & Alcohol )
- $40 per person (Saturday breakfast, Dinner and Alcohol)
Rates listed under each person is the calculated rate based on the number of days staying.

As per normal we will be using the house as a base and will stock the fridge with beer and will have food supplies that will cover snacks as well as basics and essentials. And if practical breakfast Sat/Sun/Mon and Dinner Sat/Sun.
Friday afternoon Bowls – yet to be arranged. There may be some cost involved – Worst case $15 per person.
