We had 24 players turn up on a beautiful morning for our 7.37 tee off . The course looked in great condition from the clubhouse and even better up close. The greens were fast, speed of play was fair with a 4hr 45 minute round.
Mark Kerr scored a birdie on the 2nd with an amazing tee shot into a tree that everyone knows is 90 percent air except for the poor bird taking so called cover, spiralling to the ground dead.
The winner of the day Carl Walker with 36 points, the only player that matched his handicap.
