Kooindah Waters Memorial shield 2023
It was an early start with 25 brave men departing Belrose at around 5.45 Temperature a brisk 7 degrees an hour up the freeway and a brief stop at the Golden Arches sore the temp drop to 4 degrees, a further 10 minute drive to Kooindah Waters aptly named, were we were greeted by the starter who was dressed appropriately Gloves, beanie, ski jacket and the much needed clipboard.
8 Teams were promptly assigned their carts and off we went to the 10th tee to tackle this magnificent Resort Course.
The winners on the day were:
Matt Brown, Dan Page, John penny and Justin Barrett with 15.125

After the game we were treated to hamburger and chips and a cheer squad for those yet to hit across the water.
A warm welcome to Justin and Ben also Derek Pugh, Bruce Ward who joined us for a game on their home course.
