This was the first time that many of our members had played this course and what a delight it was. Open and somewhat forgiving fairways countered by sheer terror in the sand traps and the odd water hazard.
The winner on the day playing well over his handicap again was Andrew Morrison on 41 points.
Then there was a handful of hopefuls vying for 2nd spot until we realised that there was 2 different indexes on the card and some had use the correct and others the incorrect index.
After a good hour of deliberation and some further checking on the computer afterwards I can confirm that second place went to Darren clayton-Ash with 39 and 3rd place to Warren Gibson with 38 points.
