With the first of our pay and play games in action, we were greeted with a stunning morning and an 8.02 tee off. The course was presented in good condition after 200mm of rain in 36 hours the week before and the greens were slick, speed of play was good with a 4hr 20 minute round.
The winner of the day Jack Donoghue with an amazing 43 points the ever consistent Carl Walker in second Lee Henderson beating three other players on a countback with 36 points well done to all.
Josh Stracey was presented with his framed card after an amazing 54 points in January. Equalling Steve Joyce’s record well done something to remember as the handicapper tightens the screws.
We had two new players in Peter Chemello, Khai Ghenish join us welcome.
